​Whether you're an online arbitrage seller or into wholesale, Oregon Prep Advantage has the services and expertise to get your inventory to Amazon fast, accurate, and fully compliant.

Prices for monthly FBA product quantities:

Starter Plan: $1.50 per unit (1-499 units per month)

Pro Plan: $1.25 per unit (500-2,999 units per month) 
With the “500-2,999 Units per Month” option, your monthly down payment of $625 is due at the beginning of your billing period.This down payment goes toward your prep fees for the month.

Elite Plan: $1.00 per unit (3,000 - 10,000 units per month) 
With the  “3000+ Units per Month” option, your monthly down payment of $3,000 is due at the beginning of your billing period. This down payment goes toward your prep fees for the month.

Add-Ons

  • Polybag: $0.25 per unit
  • Bubble Wrap: Add $0.50 per sq. ft.
  • Bundles/Multipacks: Standard unit price for first piece, + $0.40 per additional piece in the unit.
  • Large Polybag: Add $0.75 each (12x18, 18x24)
  • Extra-Large Polybag: Add $1.25 each (24x32)
  • Folding: Add $0.25 per unit
  • Shoes: Add $0.50 per pair of shoes
  • Unbundling or unpackaging: Add $0.25 per package
  • Extra Sticker/Label Removal: $0.25 per label
  • Oversize: $1.50 per Oversize Item (Over 18" on longest side)
  • XL Oversize: $3.50 per Oversize Item (Over 25" on longest side)

  • Special Projects: $60.00 per hour (Billed in 1-minute increments) assessed for miscellaneous tasks including, but not limited to: Inventory Checks, Damaged goods processing, Returns, Hazmat processing, Items requiring excessive or special prep, etc.
  • Cleaning Fee: $1.00 per unit (unless additional labor is required)
  • Damaged/Unsellable Processing Fee: $1.35 per unit​
  • Return Initiation: $5.00 per box
  • Disposal: Ask for Quote

Outbound Boxes

As a family owned operation rooted in Eastern Oregon, sustainability is important to us. We reuse received boxes 90% of the time, using new boxes only when the appropriate size is not on hand. It's better for the environment and better for your wallet.
New Outbound Boxes: 
  • Small (16-3/8" x 12-5/8" x 12-5/8"): $2.50
  • Medium Boxes (18” x 18” x 16"): $3.50
  • Large Boxes (18" x 18" x 24"): $4.50
  • Extra Large Boxes (24" x 18" x 24"): $5.50
Misc. Boxes
  • Generic Shoe Boxes: $3.00
  • Funko Pop Boxes: $1.50
Storage Fees: 
  • Free storage: First 14 days at no charge
  • Storage fee: $0.75 per cubic feet per month after the 14-day free period

Items We DO NOT Accept

  • FBA Removals or Returns
  • Used items, including books
  • Meltable or temperature-sensitive
  • TEMU or SHIEN orders
  • Corrosives, solvents, fuel, or fertilizer
  • Pepper spray, bear spray, weapons, or firearms
  • Products over 20 lbs
