PHASE  1

Set Up Your Dashboard

Getting started is easy. 
You will receive an email invitation to register for your Oregon Prep Advantage Portal, or Dashboard. 

Read through the step by step directions, then check your email for the invitation.

​Follow the prompts to set up your dashboard, add your billing information, and connect your Amazon seller account.

To allow Oregon Prep Advantage to receive your inventory, create Amazon FBA shipments, print FNSKU labels, and manage your fulfillment workflow, you'll connect your Amazon Seller Central account through the Oregon Prep Advantage Client Portal.

Your Amazon login credentials remain private. Authorization is completed securely through Amazon. 

Steps for Dashboard Setup

Step 1. Check your email for an Invitation from Oregon Prep Advantage:
Click the blue button, "Respond to Invitation"

Step 2. Register for the Oregon Prep Advantage Portal. Enter your
  • Email Address
  • Full Name
  • Password
  • Confirm Password
  • Review our Terms of Service Agreement. By clicking "Register", you agree to Oregon Prep Advantage Terms of Service. 
Click Register

Step 3: Accept Your Oregon Prep Advantage Invitation
After registering, you'll see your pending invitation. 
Locate Oregon Prep Advantage
Click Accept

Step 4: Log in to Your Dashboard
Once your invitation has been accepted, you'll be taken to your customer dashboard.

Step 5: Connect Your Amazon Seller Central Account (Professional Account Only) 
To connect to Amazon Click 'Add Channel Integration' (At the top of screen: Complete Account Setup)
Select Amazon
Enter your store name and click Save 

Step 6: Authorize Amazon
Click the purple Authorize button
You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central where you'll securely grant Oregon Prep Advantage permission to mange your fulfillment activities. 

Step 7: Authorize your Marketplace
Select your marketplace 
  • Amazon.com (United States) 
  • Amazon.ca (Canada)
  • Amazon.co.uk (United Kingdom) 
  • Or your applicable Amazon Marketplace 
Click the blue Authorize button

Step 8: Grant Amazon Permissions
For Oregon Prep Advantage to receive your inventory, create Amazon FBA shipments, print FNSKU labels, and manage your fulfillment workflow, our software needs permission to access: 
  • Amazon Fullfillment
  • Product Listings
  • Pricing
  • Inventory & Order Tracking
Review the authorization request. 
Check the authorization confirmation box. 
Click Confirm

Step 9: Name Your Storefront
Click Finish

Step 10: Notify Oregon Prep Advantage 
Send an email to [email protected] confirming the authorization is complete. 
Include your storefront name used during setup. 

Oregon Prep Advantage will verify the connection and confirm when your account is ready to receive inventory. 

PHASE  2

Make your Purchases 

Source from online retailers, wholesale distributors, or manufacturers and ship directly to Oregon Prep Advantage. Please review our accepted products list below before purchasing; it keeps your shipments moving smoothly and without delays.

Products We Accept: 

Products We Do NOT Accept: 
  • New condition
  • Sourced from retail or online stores
  • Sourced from wholesale suppliers
  • Private label
  • Weighs fewer than 20 lbs
Sourcing Restrictions:
  • Grocery items sourced from Walmart or Big Lots
  • Orders sourced from TEMU or SHEIN
  • Used products or used books
  • KONG Company brand pet products
  • Healthforce brand products
Product Condition and Type Restrictions:
  • Meltable or temperature sensitive products
  • Corrosives, solvents, fuels, or fertilizers
  • Pepper spray, bear repellent, weapons, or firearms
Size and Weight Restrictions:
  • Products weighing more than 20 lbs

Please Note: 
  • Be sure to use YOUR name or YOUR business name as the recipient.​
  • Do NOT address packages to Oregon Prep Advantage. (We won't know who they belong to.) 
  • Please don't use a name we don't have associated with your account. If you want to ship to a new name, please tell us in advance. 

Phase 4

​Add Products to Amazon Inventory

​If haven’t sold the items you’ve just purchased, the next step is to list the items in your Amazon inventory. You can do this through the “Add  Products” feature on Seller Central. You can also add products using Inventory Lab.

DO NOT CREATE A SHIPMENT IN SELLER CENTRAL OR INVENTORY LAB! We will create your Amazon shipments using our software.

Phase 5

Create an Inbound Shipment

Once you’ve made a purchase, you must create an Inbound Shipment on your Oregon Prep Advantage Dashboard.

This tells us what orders are on their way, where they are coming from, what items you ordered, and how many.

​You select the ASINs to ensure your inventory is accurately allocated.

1. Click on Inbound Shipments

2. Click the “New Shipment” button on the upper righthand side of screen

3. Name the Shipment using the Store Name and the Order Number

  • Add any Shipment Notes
  • Click  on the "Create Shipment" Button

4. Click on "Add Items"

5. Search by SKU (Merchant SKU) and click the "+ Create Item And Add" button to add the product to the inbound 

6. Update the Quantity and click the "Add Items" button at the bottom

7. Once you've received it, add the Tracking Number for the order

You'll be able to track your merchandise through the process on your personal Oregon Prep Advantage Dashboard.
